The major league whirlwind Kim DeJesus’ life has been for the previous month is about to get crazier. But not because of baseball.
Kim, the wife of veteran outfielder David DeJesus, was consuming wine to calm her nerves at the trade deadline. She did not need her hubby, then a member of the Chicago Cubs, to depart her hometown. He didn’t. Not proper then at the very least. However just a few weeks later DeJesus was positioned on waivers and traded to the Washington Nationals. That lasted just a few days earlier than he was traded once more to the Tampa Bay Rays.
On Wednesday, Kim DeJesus (proper within the photograph above) was announced as a cast member on the 23rd season of CBS’ fashionable show, “The Wonderful Race.” She’ll pair with Nicky Getz, spouse of Kansas Metropolis Royals second baseman Chris Getz, to deliver some WAGs flavor to the “Race.”
Chicago-D.C.-Tampa is nothing compared to the “The Superb Race” — four continents, 9 nations and 35,000 miles, all in hopes of successful $1 million. The baseball wives face some powerful competitors for that cash. You possibly can see all of them here, but a couple of teams stood to out to The Stew:
FOOTBALL DUDES: Ex-Houston Texans Chester Pitts and Ephraim Salaam, who performed together 2006-2009. They had been offensive lineman. A part of the unit that let David Carr get sacked 41 occasions in 2006.

THE DIFFERENT EASY-ON-THE-EYES SPORTY WOMEN: They’re part of the L.A. Kings “ice crew.”
