As reported by the Indianapolis Star and a variety of other Indiana news outlets, together with Indiana Fox affiliate WXIN, an unnamed teenager at Indianapolis (Ind.) Southport Excessive was attacked whereas using home on a faculty bus by a fellow classmate who’s allegedly a member of the college’s soccer staff. The attacked teen claims that the physical confrontation was the direct result of ugly anti-gay bullying by the opposite teen.
The mother of the teenager in query, Sunshyne Reffert, asked the Perry Township Faculty District to review the on-bus video footage of the incident, solely to be advised that the video digital camera was not operational when the attack occurred. Suspiciously, it was reportedly back up and operational simply days later, when Reffert requested to evaluation the footage from the incident.
Meanwhile, each her son and his major alleged attacker have been suspended by the district for a “intense verbal exchanges [that] escalated right into a bodily altercation.”

“He grabbed me by the backpack, pulled me into a chokehold, put me into one of the seats,” W.R. said. “He punched me 3 times, and then put me right into a chokehold and strangled me for a good 10 seconds.”
