Massachusetts state police have positioned the gun utilized in a 2012 double murder which may be connected to former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez, according to CBS 3 of Springfield, Mass.
Police discovered the gun following a June 21 automobile crash on Interstate ninety one in Springfield, Mass. during a list of the wrecked car. The car belonged to Jailene Diaz-Ramoz of Bristol, Conn. A38-caliber Smith and Wesson revolver was within the automotive’s trunk inside a briefcase. Ballistics testing matched the gun with the bullets fired within the dying of two men in Boston in 2012.

Hernandez is already going through a cost of homicide within the death of Odin Lloyd, and that case led them to the as-yet-unsolved July 2012 double homicide of Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado.
CBS 3 of Springfield reported that the gun belonged to a pal whom Diaz-Ramos referred to as “Chicago.” She mentioned “Chicago” is a football player, and that he and his mates needed to go away the gun together with her so that they didn’t have to convey it with them. WBZ of Boston has tweeted a photograph of Diaz-Ramos’ mug shot.
Diaz was arraigned in Springfield district court on costs of illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, and was later launched on $1,000 bail.
Hernandez’ doable connection to the murders of Abreu and Furtado remains underneath investigation. On July 16, 2012 Hernandez and his associates were allegedly concerned in a combat with Abreu and Furtado at Remedy, a Boston nightclub. Quickly afterward, the two men have been gunned down of their automobile when an SUV with Rhode Island license plates pulled up alongside them and opened hearth. Police imagine that an SUV towed from the house of Hernandez’s uncle was the one used in the homicides.
